First: understand and research
We start with your goals, time, budget and preferences. We distinguish revenue targets from profit and personal income, then research suitable products, customers and competing offers.
Supplier work includes identifying suitable manufacturers or distributors, outreach and progressing trade account applications. We investigate stock location, dispatch, tracking, returns and support. Suppliers decide their own approval and commercial terms.
Next: create the business
Once you approve the direction, we develop the name, brand identity and messaging, and build the Shopify storefront with the agreed initial product range. We prepare the customer journey and launch setup within scope.
You receive a business plan and a 12-month marketing plan, including detailed first-six-month priorities. Initial marketing direction and agreed advertising creative help you understand how to begin reaching customers.
Then: hand over and support
We provide practical documentation, checklists and training, with the agreed assets and account access transferred to you. We explain the operating tasks rather than simply handing over passwords.
Three months of structured aftercare cover guidance, progress reviews and questions about the original build. Optional continued consultancy, agreed website support and monthly reviews are £500 per month.
Price and boundaries
The build is £4,000 total: £2,000 to begin and £2,000 before handover. Normal ongoing costs and advertising spend are separate. Our usual dropshipping model normally avoids upfront bulk stock, but working capital is still needed.
You supply required information, complete account or identity checks, approve decisions and run the business. Registrations and specialist legal or tax matters must be addressed appropriately; the build does not replace professional advice or guarantee results.
