The Vello build

Done-for-You Ecommerce Business Builds in the UK

THE SHORT ANSWER

A done-for-you ecommerce build brings research, supplier work, branding, a storefront and launch planning into one agreed project. It is a setup service, not the purchase of a proven income stream or a business that runs itself.

A store is only one part of a business

Before a website can be useful, someone must identify the customer, assess product economics and establish a workable supply arrangement. After it launches, someone must attract buyers, handle enquiries and monitor the finances.

Ask providers whether they deliver only a website or also research, product selection, supplier outreach, a business plan and training. Compare written deliverables rather than headline claims.

What Vello does

Vello researches an agreed opportunity, approaches suitable suppliers, develops the brand and builds the Shopify storefront with initial product listings. The handover includes a business plan, a 12-month marketing plan with detailed first-six-month priorities, practical documentation and training.

Our usual starting model is dropshipping, where a supplier holds and dispatches stock. Trade accounts and supplier terms depend on third-party approval; no provider can responsibly guarantee acceptance.

What it costs

The agreed Vello business build costs £4,000: £2,000 to begin and £2,000 before handover. Three months of structured aftercare are included. Advertising spend and ongoing operating costs are separate.

Optional continued consultancy and an agreed level of website support cost £500 per month. The precise deliverables and support boundaries are confirmed in your agreement.

What remains with you

You approve the direction, provide required information, complete identity or account checks and operate the business after handover. You will need time and working capital as well as the build fee.

Our planning aim is around 30 days, with timing dependent on your inputs, approvals and suppliers. Launch readiness does not mean sales, income or profit are guaranteed. Start by watching Kit’s introduction and completing the application.

General information, not a forecast or personalised financial, tax or legal advice. Research reduces uncertainty; it does not remove business risk. Confirm your individual position with an appropriate professional where needed.

Make it your next chapter.
